Breaking ground July 2023, Casa California is the third Viridian Villa in our Peninsula Papagayo, Costa Rican portfolio. Designed by internationaly acclaimed Costa Rica architect Ronald Zurcher: "The large over arching roofs are not just organic," he says. "They are actually three dimensional as the curvature tapers to create a chic yet organic feel".

Upon entry, you cross an elevated walk way framed by lush Costa Rican canopy leading into a robust great room. Once inside you are presented with a striking floating staircase descending down to the lower level family room. The impressive great room encompassing the kitchen, dining and social area boast high wooden ceilings and enchanting ocean views. Large custom pocket doors make it difficult to decipher between internal and external environments. Five bedrooms and seven baths comfortable accommodate up to 14 people. The spa, cold plunge and infinity/zero edge pool make and enchanting jungle getaway all while admiring the Pacific Ocean we love so dearly.
