Casa Madera is one of seven high end beachfront vacation rentals in Nicaragua's Premier Development - Guacalito de la Isla. Located in South West Nicaragua and a 2 hour drive from Managua international Airport and 3 hour drive from Liberia International Airport.

Contrary to many reports, Nicaragua is extremely safe for tourists. What has been a sad and difficult time for Nicaraguans and the country has been isolated to the capital of Managua and a few northern cities. The unfortunate violence has been taken place has been between protestors and government troops. There has not been a single incident involving tourist nor traveler. The south west of Nicaragua known as the Emerald Coast has been calm and orderly since the governmental issues began in early May 2018.

FYI: I have expanded the casita to have two more rooms, one on either side. The expansion closest to the main house is a Trackman golf simulator room, the middle room is now an office, and the expansion towards the garage side is a bunk room for kids with a hyperbaric chamber.
