The secret story behind Chef Juan’s menu! 🍳✨

We all know and love Juan for the incredible flavors he brings to our tables. But did you know that before he was crafting our favorite dishes, he was actually studying Systems Engineering?

Yes! Juan took a major detour before finding his true calling. He originally joined us back in 2018 as a Butler. But it didn’t take long for him to realize that his heart belonged in the kitchen, trading code for culinary arts.

In his words: "I learned that your path isn't always clear right from the start, but when you find what you love, it is absolutely worth betting on it."

The kitchen turned out to be his perfect match. Juan always reminds us that his passion started long before the professional line, rooted in a simple desire to make people happy. Viridian proved to be a major turning point for him, especially through the mentorship of the Wood family and Emily.
